About the Position

As a Growth Account Executive, you are playing a key role in executing our Growth Accounts field sales strategy expanding a defined set of Global 2000 accounts. 

The position will be responsible for growing our most strategic accounts by driving executive engagement and delivering substantial growth in ARR, with both net-new and expansion customers. You have a proven track record of exceeding quota with focus, accountability, strong communication and planning skills, high energy, and a positive attitude.  You will be a critical contributor to the success of a well-funded company solving a massive enterprise problem – storytelling through presentations.

This high-profile role will work to cover named accounts in the assigned territory and will report to the Head of Global Sales.


You Will: 

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR targets
  • Expand in your assigned Fortune 2000 accounts, growing existing footprints in multiple groups, departments, and divisions
  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting strategic land targets, and high-value opportunities across the enterprise
  • Effectively articulate and demonstrate’s unique business, solution and functional value to drive growth across the assigned accounts
  • Drive enterprise awareness, pipeline, and subscription growth in existing and prospect accounts
  • Define account strategies that enable sales velocity by partnering with the Customer Success Manager, and Growth Business Development Rep (assigned on a 1 to 1 ratio)
  • Represent as an enterprise software platform to address the company’s communication and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, and manage accounts and opportunities via’s chosen CRM platform, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Willingness to travel, when needed, to represent at customer and prospect meetings

You Have: 

  • High growth, high-velocity career experience with a gritty, can-do attitude
  • Experience selling enterprise software SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales success; track record of exceeding quotas and receiving recognition, awards for high performance, and career promotions
  • Proven ‘hunter’ (new business) selling skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Fortune 2000 senior line-of-business executives, as well as operational managers across the enterprise
  • Ability to manage a large and diverse pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, presentation and demo skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
  • Understands the difference between activity and results, and delivering beyond expectations internally and externally
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
