Introduction:

Scott Rosania, Senior Director of Patient Customer Services at a Fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company, works tirelessly to break down patient barriers for individuals undergoing therapy after receiving prescriptions. Rosania, alongside his team of 16 members, executes top-notch delivery, servicing over one million patients each year.

Challenges:

One of the biggest challenges faced by Rosania, and his team is bandwidth. According to Scott, “the team is stretched quite thin,” with 16 members running “five different programs” simultaneously.
