When you use generative AI features, you may be asked to input or upload material, such as a document, image, audio file, video file, or text prompt (collectively termed “Input”). This Input will be used to generate an output, such as text, slide, prezentation, image, etc. which will be displayed in your Prezent instance (collectively termed “Output”).

The Input and Output are solely your content and Prezent shall not claim ownership or endorse it. The Input and Output must be in accordance with these terms, Prezent Generative AI Acceptable Use Policy, and Prezent Terms of Service. In case of any violations of these terms, Prezent will reserve the right to throttle, limit, disable, suspend, or terminate your right to use or access the generative AI features at any time at our sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for your Input. You must not submit any Input that:

• includes trademarks or other materials protected by third-party Intellectual Property rights unless you have sufficient rights in such materials;
• violates applicable law; or
• violates Prezent terms and policies

We may automatically block your Input, at our sole discretion, if we believe it violates the rights of a third party, applicable law, Prezent terms and policies.

We encourage you not to input or upload personal information into generative AI features. If you use the generative AI feature to process personal information, including using personal information in your Input, you must comply with all data protection and privacy laws and regulations applicable to the personal information, including providing privacy notices and obtaining consent, where required.

• You are responsible for any text you type in, or content you upload as Input, as well as the resulting material you generate as (“Output”). 
• You are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output comply with these terms and Prezent Generative AI Acceptable Use Policy, before using or sharing it. 
• You agree that you will not include any sensitive personal data (including data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health data or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation) in any Input to AI Products.
• You may use your Output for any business or legal purposes if you attribute the content to your name or your company.
• You may use your Output for any business or legal purposes if you comply with these terms and you accept that any such use is at your own risk.
• When using Output, we ask that you let viewers of your Output know that the content is AI-generated or co-authored with generative AI features.
• If any of your Input or Output is alleged to be unlawful or otherwise in breach of these terms, you acknowledge that Prezent may disclose such content to law enforcement or other governmental authorities, or in response to a court order.
• Prezent may impose limits on the number of Outputs you can create with AI Products. You will be notified when you have reached the maximum number of Outputs for your account. 
• Some AI Products are not available in all languages.

• Prezent makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the Output generated by artificial intelligence. 
• The generative AI feature may sometimes provide offensive content that doesn’t represent Prezent’s views. It is recommended that you use discretion before relying on, publishing, or otherwise using this content for any business or legal purposes.
• We recommend that you obtain professional and independent advice before you act on any medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice contained in the Output.
• Prezent does not accept any liability or responsibility arising in any way from your use of the Output or any omissions or errors contained in the Output.
