If you are an admin, you can disable auto-renew for your team's subscription by selecting the "Auto-renew" toggle against your subscription and turning it OFF. You can also reach out to success@prezent.ai in case of any queries.

Your payment may have failed due to various reasons, such as using an unsupported card (3-D secure or OTP-based authenticated cards), using an incorrect card type, or entering incorrect card details during the payment process. To upgrade your Prezent subscription, you can visit the “Admin Settings” tab under Profile and select the Upgrade option under the subscription of choice. Fill in your payment details in the resulting pop-up that shows up and click on "Agree and subscribe" to process your payment. You may be signed out and need to log back in to use Prezent.

Our subscription model allows you to disable auto-renew at any point during your billing cycle. While we don't have a 'cancel' feature per se, disabling auto-renew will ensure that your subscription does not continue beyond the current cycle. Rest assured, you retain full access to download your content until the end of the billing cycle, even if auto-renew is disabled.

You can continue to access your Prezent profile after your subscription expires. You will, however, be unable to use Prezent in any meaningful way such as for creating prezentations or downloading slides. Please visit our Terms of Service for more information.

To cancel your Prezent subscription, you can visit the “Admin Settings” tab under Profile and disable or turn off auto-renew from your currently active subscription. At the end of your term, your subscription will automatically expire until you renew it. You can also reach out to success@prezent.ai in case of any queries.
