Role: Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative professional to support the development of customer-facing products and services that deliver measurable value. This is a high-visibility role with frequent interactions with the company’s C-suite and collaboration across teams such as data, customer success, and services in India and the US. Responsibilities:

  • Product Requirements and Roadmap: Collaborate with the product leadership to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Ensure the timely delivery of product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and ML teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with customer success, marketing, and data teams to understand product performance, customer feedback, and new use cases. Turn these insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between customers and the product team by gathering, analyzing, and integrating feedback into the development process.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Build and maintain product dashboards to monitor feature adoption, customer behavior, and KPIs. Leverage data to guide decision-making and validate product changes.
  • User Experience Advocate: Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure features are intuitive and deliver exceptional user experiences. Participate in user testing to refine product designs.
  • Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver value to the customer.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the enterprise SaaS and AI space. Bring this knowledge to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in management consulting or product management
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Preferred industry experience in healthcare, SaaS, and/or high-tech sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills in story lining, slide-making, and clear communication of complex ideas.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and experience working with product management tools (Jira, Aha etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Passion for visual design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
  • Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
  • Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
  • Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
  • Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
  • Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
  • Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.

Must Haves:

  • Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
  • Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
  • Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
