We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
- Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
- Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
- Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
- Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
- Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
- Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.
Must Haves:
- Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
- 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
- Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
- Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
- Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.

About the Role:
The IT Support Lead Analyst will provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and management of Windows and Mac endpoint devices. This role requires hands-on experience in both Windows and macOS environments, with a strong background in endpoint management, user support, and IT asset management. Key responsibilities include timely resolution of support requests, endpoint setup and maintenance, and ensuring security compliance for all devices.
You will be working on:
- User Support: Respond promptly to user chats and IT support emails, delivering effective technical support.
- Software and System Support: Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot desktop software/applications, including MS Office, Outlook, O365, and Google Workspace.
- Endpoint Management:
- Mac Endpoint Management: Manage deployment and configuration of Mac endpoints using Jamf or similar tools.
- Windows Endpoint Management: Oversee setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Windows devices using MDM and remote management tools.
- Device Support: Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
- Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Remote Support: Use remote tools like AnyDesk and Endpoint Central for efficient troubleshooting and remote support for end-users.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of devices and applications.
- Network Troubleshooting: Provide initial hardware and network troubleshooting support for both Windows and Mac devices.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that devices meet security and compliance standards (e.g., patching, antivirus updates).
We are looking for:
- System Administration: Proficient in hardware asset management (HAM) and software asset management (SAM).
- Network and Security: Basic network knowledge, troubleshooting of Active Directory, DNS, and wireless technologies.
- Cloud & Workspace Administration:
- MS 365 Administration: Proficiency in OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Google Workspace: Experience with user management and administration.
- Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships for hardware issues and coordinate delivery of hardware assets.
- Compliance and Audits: Support internal audits and ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO and SOC.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Project Support: Participate in IT projects such as technology migrations and other implementations.
- Certifications Required:
- Microsoft Certified (MCITP, MCSE, MCSA), Apple Certified Mac Technician Certification (ACMT)
- ITIL Certification.
- Education and Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (IT), B.Sc. (CS), or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in IT technical support, with expertise in both Windows and Mac endpoint management.
