We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
- Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
- Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
- Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
- Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
- Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
- Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.
Must Haves:
- Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
- 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
- Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
- Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
- Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.

About the role:
We are looking for a Manager, Territory Operations [RevOps] with 5-8years of expertise to act as the initial point of contact for various territories. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operational support, driving territory-specific strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue objectives. This includes overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, and collaborating with our Data and Process teams to deliver solutions that scale.
You will be working on:
Territory Support and Collaboration:
- Act as the primary RevOps point of contact for assigned territories, addressing and resolving operational challenges.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align territory-specific strategies with overall business objectives.
Forecasting and Pipeline Management:
- Lead accurate forecasting for assigned territories, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to territory leaders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure pipeline progression and deal closure efficiency.
Data and Process Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Data and Process teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and process improvements.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize workflows and territory strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide visibility into key territory metrics, including pipeline velocity, win rates, and quota attainment.
- Regularly present performance updates to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
Operational Excellence:
- Analyze existing processes within territories and recommend improvements to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes that enhance productivity and revenue outcomes.
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Collaborate with territory leaders to align on strategic initiatives and provide operational insights to influence decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Data, and Process teams to ensure seamless execution of territory objectives.
We are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Territory Operations.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience collaborating with Data and Process teams to enhance operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
