We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented SDR - Growth (Sales) to spearhead our business expansion in the thriving market. This position calls for individuals with 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience as a SDR. As a SDR, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and execute impactful sales strategies that will not only maximize revenue but also strengthen our market presence.

‍Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive business growth, aligning with the company's overall objectives and targets.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, deal closure, and account management.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various channels such as direct sales, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to optimize sales processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas of competitive advantage and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their targets and professional development goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience as a SDR or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the US market landscape, including key industries, competitors, and customer behaviors.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is a must and will be considered an added advantage and exposure to cold calls and email marketing is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
  • Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
  • Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
  • Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
  • Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
  • Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
  • Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.

Must Haves:

  • Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
  • Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
  • Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
