Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Leader

We are seeking a seasoned SDR Leader to manage and grow our dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This role requires both hands-on lead generation and the ability to coach and inspire SDRs to reach their targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading SDR teams, with a focus on developing and implementing successful sales strategies. You will oversee three distinct SDR teams, each targeting specific market segments:

  • Land Enterprise (Account Outbound Team): Responsible for generating outbound leads for large enterprise companies (1,000+ employees).
  • Mid-Market (Account Outbound Team): Tasked with generating outbound leads for mid-market companies (200-1,000 employees).

The role involves managing teams in both the US and India, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across both regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Oversee and drive outbound lead generation activities, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling.
    • Partner with marketing to create and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for Land accounts.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, and train high-performing SDRs in both the US and India
    • Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and support to help SDRs meet and exceed their targets.
    • Monitor performance metrics and ensure that team goals are achieved.
    • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Design and implement sales strategies for each SDR team tailored to their market segment.
    • Develop and refine sales enablement tools, including email templates, social selling strategies, and call scripts.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Regularly review and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and results.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive changes that lead to better performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with teams across sales, marketing and product to ensure alignment and mutual support.
    • Build strong internal relationships to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in the SaaS industry and proven experience managing SDR teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools such as Apollo and Gong.
  • Deep understanding of the US market landscape, including key industries, competitors, and customer behaviors.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
  • Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
  • Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
  • Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
  • Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
  • Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
  • Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.

Must Haves:

  • Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
  • Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
  • Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
