We are looking for an experienced, inquisitive, and highly analytical sales operations analyst to join our sales operations department. A passionate data-centric storyteller to help conceptualize and dig deeper into the data to guide us through decision-making scenarios. This person will play an influential role in the day-to-day and overall strategy of the sales operations department and help inform stakeholders with data to drive better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports data collection and analysis of Salesforce performance across all regions.
- Leverages proprietary data sets to generate insight through descriptive statistics to help monitor our KPI’s, targets, and business drivers.
- Helps with the development of dashboards and automation of the sales performance reporting for the executive team in a timely manner.
- Assists with modeling and calculations of annual commission plans during budget season.
- Generates forecast and sales analysis reports
- Builds data/insights for presentation slides to support global monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.
- Responds to ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative sales analysis on current quarter and future quarter metrics and insights against targets.
Must Haves:
- Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Leads with positivity and demonstrates attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with others in the department and work effectively with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, inside sales, sales and accounting.
- 5+ years of experience working with sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple requests/projects, while proactively packaging insights in support of the sales operations function.
- Ability to take initiative on reporting with little direction.
- Understanding of key sales metrics and alignment to business requirements.
- Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and Word knowledge.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.

About the role:
- Python programmer - (Knowledge on oops concepts), Automation working experience in both Frontend and Backend (UI and API)
- Strong knowledge on any of the TD, DD Automation frameworks
- Test case automation development experience with pytest framework
- Experience in Test Design / Test Script Development / Test Scripts Review etc
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Basic understanding of AI and ML
- Experience in any database like SQL
- Experience in performance/security testing with any tools ( JMeter, ZAP etc)
You will be working on:
- Manual testing of assigned features in ongoing release
- Regression execution - Automated and few manual
- Automation of UI/APIs using Python/SeleniumBase/REST existing framework
- Write test cases for assigned features in to Testrails
- AWS, Jenkins exposure - QA DevOPs activities.
- Performance at Scale testing
Who are we looking for:
- 4 to 8 years of overall experience in Python automation, Software Testing and AWS SaaS Product.
- 4+ years of experience working in Unix/Linux (any flavor) or MacOS environments.
- 2+ years of demonstrated knowledge of AWS cloud platform services such as EC2, S3, and IAM.
- 2+ years of expertise in testing web applications, particularly SaaS.
- 4+ years of proficiency in scripting, including Python3.
- Basic knowledge of Shell scripting with 2+ years of experience.
- Expertise in Python packages such as SeleniumBase, Requests, Pytest, Boto3, Keras-ocr2, and TensorFlow (with 3+ years in Selenium and Pytest).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and JFrog.
- Familiarity with tools such as TestRails, JIRA, GitHub, and JMeter.
- Strong communication skills, quick to learn, and a team player.
