We are in search of a skilled UX/UI designer to join our team in India. Our ideal candidate will be a vital contributor to shaping exceptional user experiences that resonate with our customers.

• An attentive professional who is passionate about enhancing scalability in designs and advocating for the implementation of our design systems to ensure a consistent and polished user interface.

‍Responsibilities: 

• Develop high-quality user interfaces and user experiences, gracefully incorporating feedback from team members and users  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create intuitive user-centered interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and stakeholder input
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design assets and touchpoints
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Navigate a fast-paced Agile environment requiring both self-direction and team collaboration 
• Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of customers and proactively provide recommendations for enhancements.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
•  5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions
• Solid understanding of user-centered design process and usability heuristics 
• Strong visual design skills in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Desired qualifications:

• Familiarity with Material Design
• Start-up and SaaS experience 
• Ability to create and customize illustrations and icons
