As the VP of Customer Success, Antoine leads a team that is laser-focused on helping our customers realize the greatest return on their investment in the Prezent platform. Antoine’s team ensures that customers have the most optional experience via a combination of reactive and proactive value-added communication. Antoine works closely with other executive team members to develop strategies for accelerating time to value and increasing customer satisfaction over time, including developing new products or services based on customer feedback.

Over the last 20 years, Antoine has led Customer Success teams at various SaaS organizations, including Salesforce, Showpad, and Freshworks. 

Antoine lives in Roseville, California with his wife, Alexandra, and his sons, Christian and Sebastian. In addition to spending time with his family, Antoine enjoys physical, mental, and spiritual development activities. Antoine earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
